Qualifications:
Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
Certifications: Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
UNOS certification in heart transplantation
Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Wisconsin and a valid DEA number.
Expertise in cardiac transplantation, mechanical circulatory support (VAD), and advanced cardiac surgical techniques.
3–5 years of post-fellowship practice experience preferred; academic rank commensurate with experience.
